Katie Lee Jones, aged 24, and her children Alfie, aged two, Macy, six, and Harley, five, went missing on Saturday 16th May from the Townhill area of Swansea.
Police are concerned for their wellbeing and would encourage those who have seen them or who may have information about their whereabouts to come forward.
Extensive enquiries have been conducted in the Swansea area and officers are also liaising with colleagues in other parts of the country in order to trace them.
Anyone who has seen them is asked to contact South Wales Police on 101 quoting occurrence number 1500171923.
