Welsh Government have announced that two Covid-19 non-domestic rates related business support grants will now close at 5pm on Thursday, 11th March.

The Restrictions Business Fund and the Restrictions Extension Business Fund will close ahead of possible further support to be announced by the Welsh Government.

The Restrictions Extension Discretionary grant has already closed due to being fully subscribed.

The grants had been introduced by the Welsh Government and administered by Pembrokeshire County Council to help businesses impacted by restrictions put in place to tackle Covid-19.

The First Minister may announce a further package of support for businesses impacted by the pandemic at the Welsh Government’s three weekly review on Friday (12th March.)

Pembrokeshire County Council will review details of the new package and announce details of how the scheme(s) will be administered locally.

Further information will be released as soon as possible.

Businesses are politely asked not to contact the Council until details have been finalised and the application and / or payment process is publicised.
