Llety Arall, a community enterprise in Caernarfon which offers flexible accommodation for visitors to the town, has re-opened to welcome guests again.
Rooms are now available for families, couples and individuals who are keen to visit Caernarfon or who want to catch up with family in the area. As restrictions ease, visitors are able to stay for three nights or more, and with 7 rooms over 2 floors it will be possible to keep everyone as safe as possible.
“We’re delighted to be able to welcome visitors again. And we’re doing everything we can to keep our visitors safe. Our priority throughout has been to keep everyone – visitors, volunteers and the wider community – safe,” said Llety Arall chair, Selwyn Jones.
A key part of the original vision for Llety Arall was to offer comfortable accommodation at a fair price, not only for families, couples and individuals – especially those interested in the language, culture and heritage of Caernarfon – but also accommodation for groups, with a particular welcome for groups of Welsh learners wanting to immerse themselves in the language in Caernarfon. However, like most other businesses in the area and worldwide, Llety Arall has had to adjust as a result of Covid-19. Llety Arall is very much looking forward to being able to welcome groups of Welsh learners in Caernarfon again in the future. “Caernarfon is the most Welsh speaking town in the world where you can immerse yourself in the language and the town’s life where Welsh is spoken naturally. Here you get the unique experience of doing everything in Cymraeg.” says Dani Schlick, board member of Llety Arall.

“Have enjoyed very much – comfortable accommodation, clean and welcoming – I love Caernarfon.”
Llety Arall’s guests can enjoy staying in an environmentally friendly building, sustainably renovated using local materials, workers and suppliers wherever possible. Solar panels have recently been installed on the roof, and local businesses are used in the day to day running of the building. So, visitors who stay in Llety Arall also help to support the local economy.
