Eirian and Jeff are as equally excited about the prospects of their team and preparations for the new season are in full swing. Eirian and Jeff have a wealth of football management experience and both are quietly confident that their squad of players can do well although nothing is taken for granted by them and a lot of hard work lies ahead as competition this season will be very strong.
Mumbles Rangers travelled to Afan Lido’s Marston Stadium (09/06/2021) for their latest pre-season friendly.
The game was subject to strict COVID restrictions. Afan Lido started this game on the front foot. It took some strong defensive play to hold Lido at by. Mumbles Rangers defence was being well marshalled by the experienced Kurtis March. Slowly Mumbles Rangers started to settle into the game and midfielder Craig Spring started to pull the strings. Winger Jordan Lloyd-Evans was causing the home defence a few problems with his pace.
