Fatal Road Traffic Collision – B4319 Pembroke – Maidenwells Thursday July 2

Dyfed-Powys Police officers were at the scene of a fatal Road Traffic Collision on the B4319, Pembroke to Maidenwells road Thursday July 2 at approx. 8.10pm. Two vehicles were involved in the collision, a grey Mitsubishi Shogun and a black Kawasaki motorcycle. The male rider of the motorcycle sadly sustained fatal injuries.

The road was closed in order for examinations and enquiries to take place, but was open by approx. 3am this morning. Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone with any information to contact PC 454 Longhurst by calling 101.

Update:

We can now confirm the rider was 63 year old Peter MacKay from Maidenwells. He was an urgent care worker at Wales Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
