The Wild Agency’s official launch, featuring new client – Frontier Sapiens Film Festival
I hope you’ll let me tell you a little bit more about The Wild Agency – a forward-thinking Marketing & PR agency which specialises in promoting the sustainability goals and achievements of its clients.
————————————–
The Wild Agency is a Marketing & PR Company with a unique concept, centred around an environmental and sustainable ethos. We enhance brand communications whilst connecting companies with conservation.
Our goal is to work closely with our clients and suppliers to make real change for a better future. We deliver unique PR packages for our clients to showcase their sustainability journeys, telling their story through video production, social media, podcasts and traditional media outlets.
Our USP is that we are zoologist, conservationist and ecologist led. We donate 30% of our profits to causes which are important to our clients, creating better stories on their behalf, whilst funding important species-saving work.
I do have some really big news though from our strategic partner Frontier Sapiens who are a pioneer in merging outdoor film with real-life, unique storytelling opportunities.
I’m excited to announce that Frontier Sapiens – the film festival with a difference – will be taking place in August and September 2021 at a variety of impressive UK venues. The concept features a mash-up of Adventure Film and real-life achievements; all while celebrating everything in-between.
As an industry leading voice, you can support this amazing event. I’ve included below a pre-written press release for you to feature at will. If you’d prefer, I’d be thrilled to work with you to produce custom content.

Lauren Woodwiss, former Atlantic rower and Director of Frontier Sapiens says; “Every great story starts with great people. Frontier Sapiens Film Festival celebrates human spirit and the untold stories of inspirational people from all walks of life. Our mission is to showcase these stories. We’ve been looking for powerful documentary films featuring untold human stories from around the globe; stories of people doing incredible things. Frontier Sapiens is the first UK touring Festival to share these stories on the big screen outdoors. Our focus, sustainability-wise, will be placed upon the content of the films; and a variety of the films focus on conservation, which is fantastic.”
Danielle Boutcher, Marketing Director for the Wild Agency says, “Frontier Sapiens have recycled the traditional cinema concept, flipped it on its head and moved it to the great outdoors. Enjoy a summer staycation with an evening under the stars at the UK’s first ever storytelling outdoor cinema experience, across multiple UK locations. They give you not only the chance to socialise and get back to ‘normal’ but they’re providing a new creative experience which sources small, independent film producers. If you love adventure, the outdoors, untold stories and enthusiasm for encouraging positive change, this eclectic experience is for you. Think festival vibes, short documentary films, big dreams, fresh air… this is what you’ve been missing.”
She adds; “The venues that are hosting the Film Festival demonstrate such an array of Great British heritage and Architecturethat the theme here for all the venues clearly illustrates ‘culture meets contemporary’. For example, at one such venue (Hever Castle, Kent) you’ve got beautiful, ancient castle walls juxtaposed with its Two Sisters Theatre, which is an open-air, festival-style marquee. Another awesome venue is Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds – an 800-year-old Cistercian Monastery. There’s also Coventry Castle Ruins; despite tasking a battering in the War, the Ruins stand as a tribute to historical moments that have even inspired some unusual folklore tales and ghost stories!”
Lauren also adds, “For 2021, Audiences should expect a diverse range of films featuring cultural, environmental and adventure stories. From high lining under the Northern lights, to a Ghanaian football team protecting endangered sea turtles, a forward-thinking rancher in Montana, all the way through to three friends running across Tajikistan after a drunken bet’… you will be amazed! For the Frontier Sapiens 2022 events, we will go even bolder and if you think your film can educate, entertain, move audiences and inspire empathy, then we’d love to hear from you for the 2022 events. Submitted films can be broad in range (showcasing epic adventures, cultural or political issues etc), but MUST feature a human story element. For future events we will shift the environmental focus towards sustainable suppliers (within merchandising, catering and adventure / outdoor wear etc), so any eco-suppliers looking to be involved next year are invited to get in contact.”
