Is Llanelli, still Wales’ Most Haunted Town? Part 2

We’ve been talking to Spirit rescuer Irene Allen-Block about her paranormal experiences and what she thinks ‘goes bump in the Llanelli night’.

How did you get involved in the paranormal? It’s not a career that you can find in the job centre?

I’ve always had these abilities, so using them was second nature, not a career choice, or a job I thought I’d try.

It came naturally to me to work with energy and with spirits.  My gifts just happen to fall into what most people call paranormal.

It’s similar to how a musically gifted child will naturally gravitate toward music, or an athletic child will focus on sports. It’s more of a calling then a career.

Can you tell me a bit about Spirit Rescue International and its work?

Spirit Rescue International is a non-profit organisation that is worldwide. Our intention is to work for the good of mankind, as well as the good of spirit.

I have a large team that is situated in five countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Each team member brings something different to helping Spirit Rescue. They consist of psychics, scientific remote viewers, researchers, parapsychologists, doctors and nurses, councillors, geologists, ufologists, crypto zoologists etc.

Our cases come from all around the world and each one is researched fully.

When the problem is resolved we have an aftercare program we implement if the client so wishes.

You once helped a client in New Zealand, how?

This case was very important to me as it involved a child that was communicating with something that was not good.

The year was 2008 and the call from New Zealand came late to me one evening.  The voice on the other end of the telephone was that of a young woman (Sue) very worried for her child (Jenny).

During the phone conversation that followed, it was obvious to me that this small family unit was in the midst of the early stages of a demonic infestation.

What types of things were happening?

Sue told me of how the two of them had been living in a very nice district on the South Island for a couple of years, but her problem had started shortly after moving in.

• Sue had noticed a rancid smell, dismissed it as being the drains, had them checked out by a plumber but nothing could be found
• Over the next few weeks the smell increased in frequency and strength, covering an area of about one and a half metres off of the floor surface and about 3 feet in width.
• The house felt like a “goldfish” bowl and that she and many of her friends were being watched.
• A photo was taken at the home, of a celebration. When the picture was looked at, it showed a skeletal face and some mist in it.

• Another photo taken about the same time with Jenny in it, showed an unusual object suspended mid air beside her. Both photos were emailed over to me for my examination.

• Bangs were heard often and after a while Sue gave up getting up to investigate where the sound was coming from.  At one time three consecutive bangs were heard, one coming from her bedroom, another from the lounge and the third from in the kitchen, where she was standing.

• Objects started to disappear from the home, then days and weeks later they would often turn up again.
• Jenny would have conversations about hanging with 2 unseen people!

• She would run out of the bedroom terrified, refused to tell and would sit bundled up on a chair.
• One night, they were both sleeping in bed when Sue felt a very hard thump made by an unknown force on the bed, it made an impression on the bed clothes!
• The family cat also became very unsettled.  Attacking Sue and running out of the house.

Sounds very frightening, did she seek any help?

She sought the help of the church and was so relieved when they arrived at the house to sort the problem out.

However, the following morning after the house blessing there was a backlash and Jenny fearfully stated “they are still here.”

The people from the church visited again to do a house exorcism. The following day resulted in another backlash!

Jenny got scratched and Sue was thumped in the back with force and had her hair yanked back so hard her head was thrown backwards.

Three members of the team from the church became ill afterward.  One member became sick, another collapsed and required resuscitation by an ambulance crew, the third member became ill with an unknown illness and is still recovering.

On numerous accounts Sue would hear the voice of a male. There was a significant increase of black shadows seen in the house, small black orbs would whoosh past her at speed, and others would appear from the floor, wall, or ceilings in Jenny’s room.

As Sue would open the door, there was often a dark mist formation that seemed to hover for a period of time before disappearing.

The night before she phoned me, Sue was lying in bed had a vivid dream of seeing an extremely tall ‘beast’ like creature rise from the floor next to her bed. She grabbed the crucifix that hung arou
nd her neck and started to pray, the thing disappeared before her eyes. This was the triggering factor that made her decide to call me, she said it was a dream but in the light of day now she was not sure.

How could you help?

I had to take the case on but just hoped I could reach that far doing a clearing. I knew that the child Jenny, eight years old, was the catalyst to what was happening and I also knew that I had to find a way to break that connection between the child and whatever it was that was using her.Â

I needed to do a Remote View on the house just to get an idea what I was up against.

I was in a large room, the atmosphere felt oppressive, everywhere was in darkness and I tried to move forward but I felt restricted, as if something was forcing me back.

Something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye and I went to investigate.  In the hallway I saw five or six shadow forms moving at quite a speed up and down the corridor as if in a hurry and panicking.

Analysing later, although the forms I had seen in the hallway were scary, they were not the cause of the problem. and I still had the problem of breaking the hold that these spirits seemed to have over Jenn.

I came up with the idea of as it was nearing Christmas, Jenny’s ‘friends’ were to go back to their families, as everyone should be with their family at Christmas.

The day was upon us when we would break their hold over Jenny, Sue had arranged for her to stay with her parents.  I would use my remote viewing gift and Sue would be keeping in touch with me by telephone.

At first things seemed to be peaceful, until Sue said she felt uneasy and the calm before a storm in here. I again scanned the house remotely but everything was still the same.

I decided to tell Sue to take the telephone with her and walk around the house and to let me know everything she felt. She felt something in her bedroom, I told her to stay where she was and not to worry

I tuned in to see if I could contact it. My aim was to try and move it from one room to another. I heard Sue say on the other end of the phone that she felt it move past her. Sue entered Jenny’s room, a mist was starting to form over the bed.  I concentrated on shifting it and within seconds I felt it move on.

With this done I sent Sue moving from room to room in the hope she would sense something that I had missed. She again entered her own bedroom, went through the door and felt a cold spot which rose from the floor to about her height. As she was telling me this, I could distinctly hear her voice shaking.  I tried to move it but it wouldn’t shift, so the best thing was to call on help from the Archangels to do it for me, and take it to a place suitable to it. With this it was gone.

There was at least one more to find. But where was it and Sue by now was feeling sick.  I knew we were close and hoped she could hang in there just a while longer. Sue started to make her way back to her bedroom when she felt goose bumps.  The room was freezing cold and she could see her own breath as it came out of her mouth like a mist.

This thing was centred in the middle of the room and the negative energy radiating from it was as good as demonic.

I tuned in and attempted to move it, but nothing was budging.  I invoked Archangel Michael and no sooner was this done then something of immense power rushed into the room. At that very second, Sue threw some Holy Water in the direction of the negative energy. Whatever it was had gone.

I asked my guides about this entity and was told it was taken, much to my relief as I didn’t want to have to face that again.

Sue phoned me when she got up in the morning and she told me she slept well.  We talked about what had happened, and what she could expect now. I made it clear to her that she had to learn how to do protection for herself and Jenny, which she has done. She does it very well, in fact and I am very proud of her and honoured to call her a friend.
