Forge Property Consultants has announced a significant expansion of its business with the appointment of a new Director who will head up the firm’s new South Wales office.

Ed Merriman is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer and he is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Having graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Ed has gained valuable and diverse experience working for a variety of national and regionally based surveying and property organisations within recent years.

Based in Pembrokeshire, which is his locality, Ed will specialise in valuation and land compensation matters across South Wales and beyond, as well as providing strategic advice to clients across a broad range of surveying practice areas relating to agricultural, residential and commercial property.
