Ingredients
-
100ml tonic water
-
50ml fresh espressoĀ Ā
How to make
Begin by brewing your espresso in a shot glass or small jug and letting it stand. While this is happening, fill your chilled glass with big cubes of ice. Then, it’s time to pour the tonic water. Top tip: let the bubbles settle before gently pouring your coffee on top – this will create a beautiful separation between the tonic and coffee!
As well as this, note that the ratio for an espresso tonic is 1:2 of espresso to tonic water, but this can be adjusted based on your own preferences.
