Mark Evans

The classic animation film will be shown on the big screen with the timeless soundtrack performed live by The Welsh Film Orchestra with performances on Saturday 18th December and Sunday 19th December. The story will be narrated by Carmarthen-born Welsh baritone, Mark Evans. Mark is delighted to be returning to his home county with this unique Christmas offering, as he explains: “It’s what we all dream of – home for Christmas. I couldn’t be more excited to be narrating The Snowman on home turf. After the last 18 months of restrictions, it’s time to pull out the crackers and start walking in the air. See you all there”.

It will be the professional debut for both young singers who are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to perform on the main stage at the Ffwrnes, as Megan said: “The Snowman is a film I’ve grown up watching so it’s amazing to be part of this live show. And having the opportunity to perform alongside The Welsh Film Orchestra is just a dream come true.”
