Communities First and Flying Start organised a successful Bumps and Beyond baby group over the summer.
Through the months of June and July the group was held in Morfa Integrated Childrenās Centre. The course was run in collaboration between Flying Start and Communities First.
Six sessions were delivered and covered topics such as nutrition, emotional wellbeing, preparing for birth, and physical wellbeing.
Executive board member for regeneration Cllr Meryl Gravell said: āCongratulations to the 10 parents who participated in the group. We hope the sessions gave you the support which you needed through your pregnancy, and you are enjoying your new baby.ā
