‘Rugby Outreach Ceredigion’ (ROC) is an exciting new opportunity for young people aged 14-19  to participate in an empowering and active project.

The project will increase interpersonal skills, educate young people on important life values through sport, channel emotions / behaviours and improve future prospects in terms of employment, education and / or training.

​The project will offer specific rugby sessions undertaken by qualified and experienced coaches, a trip to Parc y Scarlets to meet some of the players, team-building based activities, outdoor activities, workshops and guest speakers to motivate young people and to challenge them to set goals to achieve future aspirations. There is also an opportunity to gain an ASDAN qualification in Rugby and Career Preparation.

WHEN: October Half Term: 28 – 30 October 2015 (Residential to coincide with Rugby World Cup finale week)
WHERE: Gwersyll yr Urdd Llangrannog
COST: No cost involved as all food, accommodation and activities are included (but some spending money is advised)
AVAILABILITY: There are limited spaces – First come first served
