Whilst many outdoor attractions might be battening down the hatches and closing after the Summer, Margam Activity Centre is gearing up for an action packed Autumn and Winter season.
The centre will be offering a full programme of activities right throughout the Winter, including mountain biking, paddle sport, canoeing, kayaking, archery and Nordic Walking.
As a half-term treat, the centre will be putting on a series of taster sessions, open to anyone aged 7 and above. The sessions cost just £7 each. There will be canoeing and kayaking on Tuesday 27th, mountain biking on Wednesday 28th and Stand up paddle boarding on Thursday 29th October.
The sessions are open to all abilities and experience levels, ranging from complete beginners to those looking for a challenge
All activities take place around Margam Country Park’s beautiful woodlands and lakes. Various package deals are available and all activities are led by fully qualified instructors and licensed by the Adventurous Activities Licensing Service.
Daytime, evening and weekend bookings are available. For more information visit www.margamcountrypark.co.uk/activitycentre or to make a booking email s.warren@npt.gov.uk or call 01639 881635.
