Stress Course
CHANGE OF DATE AND TIME – Come along to a “Christmas Stress Busting Workshop” on Tuesday December 14 from 12:30-2:30pm at the Community of Christ Church, Trostre Road. This jolly workshop will be delivered by “Options” Training, and will look at financial and time pressures, family tensions and much more.
Community Building
Penllwyn Community Building Project are hosting a “Live Music” night on Friday December 16 at New Dock Stars Club from 7pm ’til late. Daz Schmeyz, Highly Strung, Beth McGuire and Age of Anarchy will all be performing live. Tickets £3 available on the door, or from Cadno Music, Llanelli.
Child Protection
Communities First Bigyn 4 are hosting a ‘Child Protection’ training course on Tuesday January 24. The course will be delivered by Barnardos.
Welsh Courses
Communities First Bigyn 4 are running Welsh Classes every Tuesday evening 6–8pm at the Community of Christ Church. The free classes are open to all Bigyn residents.
