Residents can pick up a free bag of Merlin’s Magic Compost (while stocks last) courtesy ofCWM Environmental Ltd.
Half-price compost bins will also be on sale for just £6 instead of the usual £12.
Executive Board Member for the Environment Cllr Hazel Evans said: “I hope residents take advantage of this opportunity to dispose of any waste they may have lying around the home.
“We are holding 12 amnesties across the county and they always prove to be very popular. The aim is to reduce fly-tipping and encourage people to recycle as much as possible. They also contribute to the county’s recycling rate and help to reduce the amount of rubbish going to landfill.”
Residents are advised to please bring proof of address.
