DMU Running Day with Pacer no. 142006

Our popular Pacer Railcar No. 142006 will provide frequent shuttle services between 10am and 3pm on Saturday 25th June from our base at Cynheidre, just a short car or bus ride from Llanelli on the B4309 old Carmarthen Road.

Take a ride over our historic railway line and support us to extend the line in the future.

Have a picnic on our benches and watch the trains go by.

Learn about the heritage of the railway and colliery in our heritage centre.

Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome!

Refreshments are available in our main compound, along with our fundraising stall selling second-hand clothes, toys, DVDs and more.

The railway is a charity run totally by volunteers. It is hoping to grow into a major tourist attraction for the Llanelli district and in order to reach our goals we need more volunteer help in all departments including operational, maintenance and restoration, and administration.
