Choir’s festive cheer

Llanelli Male Voice Choir helped students get into the festive spirit and sang Christmas carols in a special visit to Coleg Sir Gâr’s Graig campus in Llanelli.

Event organiser Dr Rhian Jones said: “I’d like to sincerely thank members of the choir for taking the time to visit us. We very much enjoyed listening to our locally grown talent who are renowned for their voices world-wide.”

Eifion Thomas, musical director for the choir said: “It was wonderful to see so many young people in the audience. We are looking for young members to join the choir and if enough people show interest, we may be able to start a young people’s choir.”
