Saudi Health call centers serve Hajj pilgrims in 7 languages

Saudi Health Ministry announced the expansion of its 937 call Center during this year’s Hajj. Focusing on quick response to the pilgrim’s health inquiries, in addition to addressing feedback on health services provided by the ministry’s facilities.

A new service launched this year includes locating the whereabouts of missing pilgrims who were admitted to the holy sites’ hospitals, in addition to dispatching help for pilgrims in need of medical services.

The center offers all these services in seven languages ​​(Arabic – English – Urdu – French – Indonesian – Turkish – Persian), and through its multiple channels (phone calls – WhatsApp – Twitter – e-mail – ISHARA app for sign language).
