At about 3am on Saturday, November 21, Dyfed Powys Police received a report that a Land Rover had rolled into a ravine at Haines Mill, New Radner, Powys.
Three men, from Solihull, were thrown from the vehicle, which rolled approximately 200 metres.
An extensive rescue operation lasting six hours was carried out involving police, fire, mountain rescue, RAF Kinloss, air ambulance and police helicopter.
Weather conditions were poor due to snow making it more difficult to reach the casualties.
The A481 and A44 in the Walton to Forest Inn were closed to allow for two casualties to be transported from helicopter to land ambulance for conveyance to hospital.
The third casualty was conveyed to hospital by air ambulance.
None are thought to have life-threatening injuries.
The roads re-opened at 10.15am and were closed for two hours.
The men had reportedly been travelling in convoy with two other vehicles, lost their way, attempted to turn their vehicles and the vehicle left the road and rolled.
The four men travelling in the other vehicles were not injured, but were stuck on the mountain due to the weather conditions and had to be rescued and brought to safety.
