Travelodge, one of the UK’s largest hotel brands, is today launching a recruitment drive, offering 500 jobs across the UK which includes 28 roles across the group’s 26 Wales based hotels. These roles are an opportunity to create a career in one of the UK’s most successful and growing industries.

The UK hospitality sector is the third largest employer and one of the main revenue generating industries in this country. It is also one of the very few industries that enables entry level candidates to climb the career ladder into a top management position. One of the industry’s giant brands, Travelodge, is renowned for investing and developing in its people via its dedicated in-house management training programme called Aspire. This programme has helped thousands of entry level staff members climb the career ladder into management.  

Travelodge operates 595 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain and employs over 10,000 colleagues and is currently looking to fill 500 positions across the UK. This includes 170 roles in Travelodge hotels in the Capital and 30 jobs in the group’s headquarters in Thame, Oxfordshire.

·        Hotel Manager

·        Hotel Team Member

·        Kitchen and Bar Café Team Member

·        Reception Team Member

·        Part-time Reception Team Member

·        Night Reception Team Member

·        Housekeeping Team Member

There are also 30 roles available at Travelodge’s head office in Thame, Oxfordshire, Positions vary from administration to management roles in the following functions: Customer Services, Finance, IT, Marketing, Property, Revenue, Sales and UK Operations.

Travelodge is also recruiting for six full-time Maintenance Engineers to join its field team*.
