Ethical technology use is incredibly important. This is especially true as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other evolving technologies develop further in the coming years.

Many tech companies maintain a “Build It First, Ask Forgiveness Later” approach to their product releases, often overlooking security features for the sake of being first on the market to showcase new tech, products or apps. This can contribute to people’s lack of trust in certain technologies and tech businesses.

As technology advances, particularly in the AI sector, it is crucial for businesses and companies to maintain and follow ethical, responsible and secure technology practices. In a new study from Zelros, 96% of people considered ethical, secure and responsible technology use by companies to be important.

“People deserve transparency when it comes to technology. Being transparent with customers and the public while also making sure that technology is secure are key components for AI and tech companies when it comes to being ethical and secure,” explains Iterate.ai Co-founder Brian Sathianathan. “Technology moves faster than legislative regulations. Companies need to proactively set and follow standards and keep consumers informed of these standards.”

Iterate.ai, founded in 2013 by Brian Sathianathan and Jon Nordmark, wants to help protect people with their AI technology. Would you be interested in learning more about this technology or speaking with a member of Iterate’s team? I would be happy to coordinate an interview with you.
