The next phase of consultation for the exciting Caerphilly Interchange proposal is now live. This stage of consultation is the first opportunity to view visuals on the potential development of the project.

Following an insightful initial consultation period, the next phase of discovery aims to outline the potential ideas for the proposed interchange. Residents are now encouraged to ‘Have Your Say’ and share your views on the ideas proposed for this excited project.

The proposed interchange will transform the way people travel to and from Caerphilly. It will effortlessly connect people with trains, buses, taxis and active travel options. The consultation process will be open for 4 weeks.

Leader of Council, Cllr Sean Morgan commented: “The Caerphilly Interchange project is one of several exciting developments that formulates the Caerphilly 2035 masterplan – our blueprint to transforming Caerphilly Town Centre.

“The initial consultation process revealed crucial insight for the project team and we are now at a stage whereby the initial ideas for the project can be revealed.

“This next stage of the consultation allows residents to share their views on these ideas to help us to develop an interchange that meets the needs of Caerphilly’s residents.

“I really encourage you to take the time to view these ideas and have your say.”
