There are just a few days left for tenants of Caerphilly County Borough Council to have their say on the rent they pay and be in with a chance of winning up to £150 in shopping vouchers.

The Council is asking tenants to complete a short survey to tell them if they believe their rent is fair, affordable and if the service they receive is value for money.

The survey can be found online at Caerphilly – Caerphilly County Borough and will close on Monday 24th October; everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw where one person will win £150 in shopping vouchers and another three people will win £50.

Anyone unable to complete the survey online or who require assistance can contact the council’s Tenant and Community Involvement Team on 01443 811433 / 811434 or by emailing tenantinvolvement@caerphilly.gov.uk.

Rent in the Caerphilly county borough remains one of the lowest in Wales and the survey will help the council ensure affordability and value for money continue to be taken into account in future years.
