Walking Route for Tourists on Foot in Paris

From the Eiffel Tower with love 

The best starting point to get to know this great city is undoubtedly the Arc de Triomphe, located on Place Charles de Gaulle. This monument offers the most beautiful postcards of the city, so, if possible, it would not hurt to make the first stop along the way.

Les Invalides to Champs de Mars

As if this were not enough, more surprises await the traveler. And by taking the metro to the Les Invalides stop, we will be -finally- very close to our goal, but not before seeing the tomb of Napoleon.

Next to this landmark is the Musée Rodin, and following the Avenue de Tourville to the Place de l’Ecole Militaire, the Champs de Mars takes us without hesitation. It’s only accompanied by the wind to the great Eiffel Tower.

To view the tower from the inside, you have to buy access tickets, the price of which will depend on the height you want to reach. The views from the third floor will give you beautiful panoramic views and an overwhelming feeling.
