  • My 1st Years has launched a brand new role ahead of Christmas, which will see children aged from 0-6 years get the chance to test out a range of the brand’s bestselling children’s toys
  • The very important Christmas role will include playing with an assortment of toys for their age range, and reporting back to Santa on their favourites
  • Parents can apply on behalf of their children, and one lucky winner from each age group (0-12 months, 1-2 years and 3-6 years) will receive up to £150 worth of Christmas gifts

As we head towards the festive period, many parents will be scouring the internet and shops in an effort to find the best toys for their little ones to pull out from under the tree on Christmas Day. This year, My 1st Years want to take some of the stress out of this process by recruiting three little helpers for Santa, to test out and review some of their best toys ahead of the big day.

With searches for “best childrens toys” peaking every year between November and December, it can be tricky to know which toys your little one will want to play with beyond Christmas Day alone. With this in mind, the My 1st Years team are searching for three ‘Santa’s Little Helpers’ to provide a fresh and highly relevant perspective on their favourite toys, and ultimately helping to guide parents in the gifting process.

In return, each Santa’s Little Helper will receive up to £150 worth of My 1st Years toys, selected for their age range – and all they have to do is play with the toys this Christmas, before reporting back on which ones truly are the ultimate gifts to unwrap.

This one-of-a-kind dream ‘job’ for little ones hoping to find some exciting presents under the tree, is open to children across the globe; but applications will need to be made by parents. Applicants can simply submit theirs via the link below, stating why their child in particular would be a great little helper for Santa, and why they deserve this role of a lifetime.

The closing date for all applicants is 11:59pm on Sunday 11th December 2022.

Gareth Chadwick, Head of Marketing at My 1st Years commented: “With Christmas fast approaching, it can be tricky for anyone buying gifts for children to make sure the gift they buy is going to be well-loved and used for years to come!

We’re always on the lookout for feedback from our youngest customers, and are so excited to give this opportunity to a few lucky children – while getting to hear their well-valued opinions on their favourite toys. With the cost of living skyrocketing, we know that buying presents for your children is more expensive than ever – so we’re looking forward to easing this slightly and making some dreams come true for three lucky families.”
