Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in the homes (or neighborhoods) of your favorite onscreen characters? Well, La Jolla realtors have revealed the value of some of the most iconic homes on our screens.
Using zip codes, the team calculated the average home price of similar homes within the same area, revealing how much it would cost to buy the house if it was on sale today.
While many of these homes are fictional and don’t actually exist, these prices give you a good idea of how much a place in the area would go for.

A five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion in Bel Air, similar to the one in the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, will cost you $9,000,000, the highest value on our list.
A house similar to Kevin’s in Home Alone (a six-bedroom family home in Winnetka, Illinois) will cost $3,500,000. This is the same price as the Tanner home in Full House, which would also cost $3,500,000 today, located in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco, California.
The cozy cottage from the much-loved Christmas movie The Holiday would cost you around $2,450,000 in Holmbury St Mary, Surrey, England.
Monica’s two-bedroom apartment on FRIENDS would cost around $2,000,000 today, located in Greenwich Village. While Carrie’s one-bedroom apartment in Sex and the City on the Upper East Side of Manhattan would cost approximately $700,000.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom Dursley home in Harry Potter would cost around $615,000 in Surrey, England. For $520,000, you could get a house similar to Max and Dani’s from Hocus Pocus in Salem, Massachusetts.
The iconic home from The Notebook would cost around $480,000 in Seabrook, South Carolina. And finally, Charlie’s house in the teen blockbuster movie Twilight would cost about $305,000 in Forks, Washington.
A spokesperson from La Jolla realtors said: “While many of the homes in our research are fictional, this data gives an indication of how much they would cost in real life in the same area.
“If you’re looking to live like Monica off FRIENDS, or you are even looking to buy a cottage near London like The Holiday, now you have an indication of how much money you may need to purchase these homes.”
