Young people raise money for HOPE

Young people from Neyland have presented a cheque for more than £100 to the HOPE Multiple Sclerosis therapy centre in Honeyborough.

The money was raised towards the end of last year by members of the Neyland Youth Forum, who held various fundraising activities at Christmas fairs in local schools.

Prizes were donated by Hubbard’s Newsagents, Jenny’s Gift Shop, Panache Hairdressers, Jan Evans, Tesco Milford Haven, Andrea Evans-Jenkins and Sarah King.

On 20th March the Forum will be bag-packing in Tesco Milford Haven to raise funds for activities to be enjoyed by themselves and a group of young people from Sanguinet, Neyland’s twin town in France.

The Forum meets every Tuesday during term time in Neyland Youth Centre between 5pm and 6.30pm.
