Barratt Developments brings its first ever ‘Help to Buy – Wales Roadshow’ to Swansea

Barratt Developments South Wales has today announced that it will be bringing its first ever Help to Buy – Wales Roadshow to a Swansea development. The event will be coming to Pentref Llewelyn in Penllergaer on Saturday 6^th May. 

The series of events will celebrate the extension of Help to Buy — Wales, which will now run until 2025, with a higher price cap of £300,000 on eligible new-build properties* — in line with average house prices in Wales.

Attended by Help to Buy – Wales experts and independent mortgage advisors and the Barratt sales teams, the drop-in events will run between 12pm and 4pm, providing prospective buyers with the opportunity to ask questions and seek free advice over a cup of tea.
