Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental health issues in the workplace exist and effect many individuals. Businesses are now, more than ever, encouraged to take ownership of employee wellbeing and at NPTC Group of Colleges we can help your business achieve this.

NPTC Group of Colleges are pleased to offer a range of courses in supporting workplace mental health. We have delivered to a large number of businesses, enabling learners to gain an awareness of mental health matters in the workplace. Undertaking this training, learners acquire the knowledge to identify when a person may have a mental health condition and know where they can go to get help and support. Some have subsequently achieved the role of organisational designated Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). This addresses the skills gap in workplace health and wellbeing and allows individuals to progress in their career.

This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘anxiety’, with the week running from 15 to 21 May 2023.
