He will talk about the earliest inhabitants who arrived on foot, Iron Age settlers and Norse adventurers, the medieval rat-catchers and Tudor nobility, the great farming era of the 19th century and the changes of the past hundred years.

David writes regularly for ‘Bird Watching’ magazine and ‘Natur Cymru’ and has published a number of books including the ‘RSPB Guide to British Birds’.

The talk, entitled ‘The Island Dwellers’, will start at 7pm on Wednesday 23rd March.
