Communities First are organising a Stay Connected Event on Thursday 24th March 2016 at Ffwrnes Theatre, Llanelli.  The aim of the event is to create opportunities for individuals to access services that are provided by Communities First and partner organisations to encourage them to connect with others in the community.

There will be an opportunity for individuals to access employment, digital and financial support through interactive workshops. Individuals can participate in learning sessions which will include jewellery making, photography and arts and crafts.  Health workshops will be focussing on relaxation, food and mood, healthy eating and fitness.  There will also be advice available to support individuals with mental wellbeing, resilience, volunteering and confidence.

Free refreshments will be provided throughout the day and a light lunch will be provided between 1pm and 2pm.
