WCVA’s Wales Volunteer of the Year award scheme is back for 2012
Volunteers are incredible people.
They give their time and effort to make huge improvements to the lives of both individuals and communities, and ask for nothing in return.
But even though they don’t ask, we can still show our appreciation.
WCVA’s Wales Volunteer of the Year award scheme is back for 2012, and it’s your chance to give these outstanding volunteers their moment in the spotlight. So if you know an inspirational individual or group that has made a real difference, nominate today.
There are four categories – adult, young people (under 25), green volunteer and group, and winners will be invited to attend a very special awards ceremony in Cardiff in June to receive their prizes.
So if you’ve got someone in mind, you can nominate now. Make sure that amazing individual or group gets the recognition they deserve.
Nominations must be received by 13 April, 2012. For more information, email help@wcva.org.uk or call 0800 2888 329.
