“There is great work being done to invest in and develop young rugby talent which means a great deal to the local communities and young people in West Wales region. The vision coming from Parc y Scarlets is providing inspiration to new generations both in rugby and in life generally which is something close to my heart and I’m pleased to support the development model they’ve created.”
