Enjoying local foods that remind you of home is comforting and familiar, and reminds us of the simple joys of everyday life with each bite.

But when traditional flavours meet modern dishes, it creates a harmony of old and new, combining the cherished tastes of the past with the innovative twists of the present.

Creative food experts from recipe box delivery company HelloFresh have imagined a new collection of mouth-watering burgers, inspired by regional dishes from across the UK. Whether it’s the rich taste of Caerphilly cheese or the sweetness of a Bakewell Tart, these burgers offer a tasty experience that celebrates the diversity of UK cuisine.

Each burger is inspired by local tastes and delicacies in regions across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland and HelloFresh is looking for foodies in each location to vote for their favourite.

North West – Cumberland Classic

Taking inspiration from the iconic Cornish pasty,  beef patty with diced potatoes, swede, and onions, topped with savoury gravy and encased in a pastry bun.

Northern Ireland – Shamrock Stacker

Tasty homemade and traditional flavours make up the Shamrock Stacker, representing Northern Ireland. A mouthwatering Irish beef patty, topped with classic champ and a hearty Northern Irish stew encased in soda bread.
