Communities First Bigyn 4 news (we 6th May 2012)
On Thursday May 17 between 1.30-3.00pm Llanelli 50+ Befriending Links Group will be meeting, at the Community of Christ Church (next to the New Dock Stars), Penyfan for a session in Laughter Yoga. Giggle your way to gorgeousness!
Feel refreshed invigorated and relaxed. The class will include laughter exercises, deep yogic breathing and relaxation to finish. No experience needed and for all ages and abilities. All are welcome.

If any resident has any environment issues or concerns, then they can report them to Councillor David Skivington every Thursday from 10 till 12 in the Portacabin. Also available there, are Blue and Green recycling bags. The blue bags are free but there is a charge for green ones.
