Llwynhendy Family Fun Day 2011

Welcome to the official web page of Llwynhendy Fun Day organised by Communities First Llwynhendy.

 

We have changed things slightly this year, and we are not having a carnival with a parade, but instead having a family fun day.

The event will run from 11am – 4pm, and will be held at our new Growing Spaces site (Dwyfor Llwynhendy) on Wednesday 31st August 2011.

There will be an underlying theme of ‘environment’ but there will also be lots of other things on offer too!

• Free School Meals, Free Breakfast and School Uniform grants.
• Age Concern,
• Housing Officers
• Dyfed Powys Police
• Mid and West Wales Fire Service
• Fit 4 Fun

Workshops

• African Drumming Workshop
• Fit 4 Fun will be doing a planting workshop

There will be bouncy castles, face painting, arts and crafts,  and although no carnival parade, there will be a fancy dress competition.
