Carmarthenshire County Council is looking for a tenant to take up a 12-month lease at a kiosk in Carmarthen town centre. The glass front kiosk has a retail space of approximately 13 sqm and rent value of £50 per week. The space is suitable for a wide range of purposes, and businesses of all sizes.
The successful business would be required to supply the fit out of the retail space. Applications will therefore primarily be considered on the basis of proposed use and suitability from a regeneration perspective.
Carmarthenshire County Councils Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Leisure, Culture and Tourism, Cllr Hazel Evans commented:
The kiosk space that is available in Carmarthen is in a prime location in the town centre, which sees significant footfall, especially on market days and at the weekend. This offer should be attractive to business of any size that could benefit from such a space to conduct their business.
Applications close on: 4 December 2024- 12 noon
