  • Teeth tipped to be unmasked in Episode 4
  • Jedward favourite as Teeth – Nelly Furtado ‘evens’ to be Tattoo
  • Claudia Jessie 6/4 to be Snail
  • Simon Farnaby favourite to be Kingfisher
  • Gregory Porter strong fav to be the Dressed Crab
The Masked Singer featured a shock result last Saturday as Toad in the Hole was unmasked.
Macy Gray was revealed as the character, but there was no surprise about who the celebrity was after three of the five panellists all guessed correctly.
The I Try hitmaker was 8/11 favourite to be Toad in the Hole.
Gambling.com’s Entertainment expert, James Leyfield has been watching the Masked Singer and has created a number of markets who could be behind the costumes.
Teeth Set For X-it?
Teeth is the 6/5 favourite to be unmasked next on Saturday night – and several believe former X Factor stars Jedward are under the mask.
In the character’s clue package, there was a toy bus which featured an Irish flag, and there was also an orange and green salad on a plate, which is a huge hint that Teeth could be Irish.
The bus could be a nod to Celebrity Coach Trip, which has featured many a celebrity including twins Jedward (5/4).
Others are convinced Inbetweeners star James Buckley (13/8) could be under the mask.
What’s more, 1980s singing legend Cheryl Baker, who was also on Celebrity Coach Trip, is 2/1, and former Bad Girls actress Debra Stephenson, who is now best known as an impressionist, is 3/1.
Nelly’s Tattoo
Nelly Furtado is Evens favourite to be Tattoo after several clues appeared to link to the Canadian singer.
However, there are also some strong suggestions that Tattoo could be The Saturdays singer Mollie King (6/5).
Other possibilities include Spice Girls star and Heart radio presenter Emma Bunton (3/1), after there were heart references, and she is good pals with Natalie Appleton.
However, the romance nods could be a reference to third favourite Carol Decker (11/8), who has tunes called Valentine, and Heart and Soul, while Tattoo’s voice also sounds like Texas singer Sharleen Spiteri (5/1).
Bridgerton Star For Snail?
Elsewhere, Several of Snail’s clues pointed to the celebrity appearing in Bridgerton.
She is 4/1 to be Snail, but her co-stars Claudia Jessie and Kathryn Drysdale are just 6/4 and 13/8 respectively.
Scandalous secrets could also be a reference to Maya’s guess Jennie Bond (6/1), who spent more than a decade as the BBC’s Royal correspondent.
But that clue might be a nod to singer Alesha Dixon (2/1) – because her band Mis-Teeq had a hit with song Scandalous.
While Kingfisher’s performance of The Rainbow Connection from The Muppet Movie sounds like it could be Ghosts star Simon Farnaby (11/10) or comedian Harry Hill (5/4), some believe it might be one of the two main stars of BBC show Mortimer and Whitehouse: Gone Fishing.
Bob Mortimer is the 11/8 third favourite to be under the mask.
Harry is the name of his one of his sons, but it’s thought that moniker could actually be a nod to fellow comedian Harry Enfield, who Paul Whitehouse (2/1) has worked extensively alongside.
Or, could it be football manager Harry Redknapp?
He’s a 4/1 outsider to be Kingfisher, but American singer-songwriter Gregory Porter is odds-on to be Dressed Crab.
Porter is just 8/13, while fellow US stars Nile Rodgers (11/10) and Billy Porter (2/1) are also in the frame.
Jamie Foxx (5/1) and Samuel L. Jackson (8/1) are two outsiders.
