PLAID CYMRU DELIVERS NEW PARK IN PWLL

Local Rural councillors and Plaid Cymru County Council candidates for Hengoed, Martin Davies and Susan Phillips have been instrumental in delivering a new park for the Pwll community.

Susan Phillips said:

“We have worked very hard on Llanelli Rural Council to secure funding for this new fantastic facility for the young people of Pwll.

As Plaid Cymru’s candidates, I hope that in next May’s elections that we will represent you on the County Council so that we can continue to work for you.”

Martin Davies added:

“Since the park has opened, it has been fantastic to see so many of our young people using the facility. We have waited years and years in Pwll for this; it has regularly been brought up with us on the doorsteps.

We, as local Plaid members, have been working hard to persuade the Council. £80,000 has been raised in all to build this park for the people of Pwll.

I now hope that everyone in our community will enjoy and look after this new facility for the future.”
