CETMA or Community Engagement, Technology, Media & Arts is a social enterprise that Provides Social Engagement, Training, Health and Wellbeing through the development of unique sustainable projects for individuals, organisations and businesses.

We have been successful in securing Leader funding from Carmarthenshire County Council to set up the ‘Carmarthenshire Arts, Crafts, Gifts & Alternative food Networks’.

These will consist of setting up 5 geographical networks throughout Carmarthenshire to help arts/crafts/gifts and alternative food companies to:  Set up 5 networking Groups based on either area or craft  Engage with over 50 businesses  Look towards creating 5 new jobs  Provide information on a range of business topics  Create 5 new markets  Number of Jobs to be Safeguarded 10

The whole idea is to make the networks self-sustaining by creating networks between businesses, facilitating and developing supply chains and piloting new ways of encouraging entrepreneurship.

Rural Network Project Coordinator PT The Coordinator will be CETMA’s link to the networks, the consultant, and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the project. Will be responsible for finding and contacting businesses in the arts and crafts sector to take part in the project.

Marketing and publicity, working with the Project consultant on arranging network topics and talks by organisations.

Based in Llanelli but will require own transport to cover Rural Carmarthenshire. Welsh speaker preferred.

Pay: £12.50 ph and it is a 6 month part time contract dependent on funding. Hours per week to be arranged.

Rydym wedi bod yn llwyddiannus wrth sicrhau cyllid Arweinydd oddi wrth Gyngor Sir Caerfyrddin i sefydlu ‘Rhwydweithiau Celfyddydau, Anrhegion a Bwyd Amgen Sir Gaerfyrddin’.

Bydd y rhain yn cynnwys sefydlu 5 o rwydweithiau daearyddol ledled Sir Gaerfyrddin i helpu cwmnïau celf / crefft / anrhegion a bwyd i: • Sefydlu 5 Grŵp rhwydweithio yn seiliedig ar naill ai ardal neu grefft  • Ymgysylltu â dros 50 o fusnesau  • Ceisio creu 5 o swyddi newydd  • Darparu gwybodaeth am amrywiaeth o bynciau busnes  • Creu 5 marchnad newydd  • Nifer o Swyddi i gael eu diogelu 10

Y syniad yw gwneud y rhwydweithiau yn hunangynhaliol drwy greu rhwydweithiau rhwng busnesau gan hwyluso a datblygu cadwyni cyflenwi a threialu ffyrdd newydd o annog entrepreneuriaeth.

Cydlynydd Prosiect Rhwydwaith Gwledig PT  Bydd y Cydlynydd fydd dolen CETMA i’r rhwydweithiau, yr ymgynghorydd, a bydd yn goruchwylio gweithrediadau y prosiect o ddydd i ddydd. Bydd yn gyfrifol am ganfod a chysylltu â busnesau yn y sector celf a chrefft i gymryd rhan yn y prosiect

Marchnata a chyhoeddusrwydd, gan weithio gyda’r ymgynghorydd Prosiect ar drefnu pynciau a sgyrsiau rhwydwaith gan sefydliadau.

Wedi’i leoli yn Llanelli, ond bydd angen cludiant ei hun i deithio ledled Cefn Gwlad Sir Gaerfyrddin. Caiff siaradwr Cymraeg ei ffafrio.

Tâl: £ 12.50 yr awr ac mae’n gontract rhan-amser o 6 mis yn ddibynnol ar gyllid. Nifer o oriau’r wythnos i’w trefnu.
