Religious items including gold rings and communion sets have been stolen from a property in Llandeilo Road in Cross Hands.

The burglary happened some time between 2.30pm on Saturday 3rd November and 11am on Sunday 4th November at ‘Clergy Cloth’, the premises for an online retailer.

“The items taken are quite distinctive so we’re checking local outlets to see if anyone has tried selling them on,” said Detective Sergeant Andrew Cotterell.

“In the meantime, I’d ask anyone who saw anything suspicious near the property at the appropriate time to get in touch, or if anyone has been offered some of these items for sale to let us know by calling Ammanford CID on 101.”communion set
