Deadline to apply for new S4C show in two weeks
S4C is encouraging the people of Wales to overhaul their lifestyles in its new show, as the deadline for applications nears.
S4C is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for five enthusiastic people to follow a fit and healthy lifestyle in the new FFIT Cymru series.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to gain from the services of a professional personal trainer, dietician and psychologist who will support and advise them every step of the way – and who are dedicated to making sure they reach their goal.
If you’re keen to get involved, you can register now on the s4c.cymru/ffitcymru website. The closing date is on 2 February 2018.
The producer of the series from Cwmni Da urges you to go for it. Siwan Haf, from Cwmni Da says;
“Forget joining an expensive gym, this is the chance to start living healthily with the help of our team of enthusiastic experts. Where else can you have access to your own professional trainer, dietician and psychologist free of charge?
“On FFIT Cymru we will support you every step of the way. By taking small steps and making changes in your everyday life, you can make a big change to your body and mind. You don’t need to spend hours on the treadmill; you will not have to starve yourself every day – together we can change our way of life and inspire others to do the same.
“At the beginning of the year, our thoughts will turn to making resolutions and pledging to eat healthily and to do more exercise. Now is the time to go for it!”
FFIT Cymru will be shown on S4C in April 2018. The series will be presented by Lisa Gwilym along with the team of experts; personal trainer from Penarth Rae Carpenter, a dietitian Sioned Quirke who lives in Pont-y-clun and psychologist Dr Ioan Rees, who lives in Pen Llŷn.

Mae S4C yn annog pobl i drawsnewid eu ffordd o fyw yn ei rhaglen newydd, wrth i’r dyddiad cau ar gyfer gwneud cais i gymryd rhan agosáu.
Mae S4C yn cynnig cyfle unigryw i bum person brwdfrydig i fyw bywyd ffit ac iach yn y gyfres newydd FFIT Cymru.
Dyma gyfle unigryw i rywun fanteisio ar gael gwasanaeth hyfforddwr personol, dietegydd a seicolegydd fydd yn cefnogi ac yn cynghori bob cam o’r ffordd – ac yn gwneud yn siŵr bod y nod yn cael ei gyrraedd.
Os ydych chi’n awyddus i gymryd rhan, gallwch gofrestru nawr ar wefan s4c.cymru/ffitcymru. Y dyddiad cau yw 2 Chwefror 2018.
Mae cynhyrchydd y gyfres, o gwmni teledu Cwmni Da, yn eich annog i fynd amdani. Meddai Siwan Haf, Cwmni Da;

Bydd FFIT Cymru ar S4C ym mis Ebrill 2018. Yn cyflwyno mae Lisa Gwilym ac yn gwmni iddi hi bydd yr hyfforddwr personol o Benarth Rae Carpenter, y dietegydd Sioned Quirke sy’n byw ym Mhont-y-clun a’r seicolegydd Dr Ioan Rees o Ben Llŷn.
