The Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards 2018 – now open for applications
The Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards are back for 2018 and applications are now open for our six categories until 16 April. We also have a new special category, the Lord Mayor’s Award – Business of Trust Champion, open until 30 July. The Awards celebrate businesses of any size and any sector that are achieving excellence in social impact and is the premier showcase to #TellYourStory and inspire others to tackle social issues.
The Awards are free to enter and to attend. They are open to businesses large and small across London and the UK (Please refer to each category)
We will support you. The team will be hosting a free applicant workshop on 6 March that can be booked here and 1:1 support sessions that can be booked here.
Winners will receive, a fully-edited video of their initiative, support securing press and media coverage in addition to the highly acclaimed Dragon Award statue to mark their success to employees, clients and competitors. Previous winners include SMEs Assael Architecture, Impact Creative Recruitment, Keytree and K&M McLouglin Decocorating to larger firms such as PwC, Mayer Brown and UBS
Our special category
In addition to our six categories, this year we have a special category, the Lord Mayor’s Award – Business of Trust Champion. This Award celebrates businesses which are championing responsible business practices to create a lasting legacy of better business trusted by society.
This category is open to any private sector business of any size from across the United Kingdom.
Applications for the Business of Trust Champion close on 30 July.
