“THIS IS A SHORT-SIGHTED MOVE. THIS SCHEME IS A GROUND-BREAKING OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE JOBS AND HARNESS THE POWER OF THE SECOND LARGEST TIDAL RANGE IN THE WORLD.
