The Learning Partnership continues to go from strength to strength since moving into its new premises at Llys Aur at Dafen.
The property has been provided as a result of Carmarthenshire County Council’s lead role in managing the Property Development Fund in South West Wales.
This fund will result in £27 million being spent on renovating and building new commercial and office accommodation by 2015.
The new accommodation was built to a high standard by Davies Richards Developments of Llandeilo with over 40 people working on the construction project.
The adjacent property, occupied by Glamorgan Motor Factors, was also built with funds from the Property Development Fund.
The South West Wales Property Development Fund (PDF) has been part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.
This regional scheme is being led by Carmarthenshire County Council in partnership with City and County of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and the Welsh Government.
