Police are calling on youngsters from the Llanelli area to come along to Parc Trostre on Good Friday 29th March and take part in a fun Easter egg hunt.

The event is open to children aged between 3-12. They must be accompanied by an adult and the event will last from 10.30am until 12.30pm.

“This is meant to be a fun community event,” said PCSO Jessica Thomas. “And we hope to see lots of local youngsters taking part.

“Entry costs £1, and that includes a goody bag and clues for the hunt.

“If you’d like to join us, go along on the day from 10am to the Akita Security cabin which is located between Clarks & Lakeland in Parc Trostre.

“And remember, as well as having a fun time, you’ll be helping to raise money for the Eva Rose charity. Eva is a three year old little girl from Bynea who has had an operation called Rhizotomy to help her walk. She is currently recovering in America following the life changing operation and her family are raising funds for her after care on her return home.

“All the money raised through the Easter Egg hunt will go towards that.”
