A local man appeared at Llanelli Law Courts today (August 9) accused of two counts of adult sexual activity through penetration with a female minor. He was also accused of causing/inciting a female minor in sexual activity by way of penetration. All offences were said to have occurred in Carmarthenshire between 2016 and 2017.
Chairman of the Bench Jonathan Boreham deemed the offences as indictable only and committed the male to Swansea Crown Court for trial on September 10. The defendant was released on bail with one condition attached, not to contact any of the prosecution witnesses.
