Swansea City vs Nottingham Forest Championship Football (September 15) at the Liberty Stadium.
A game of few chances and poor quality not helped by the referee and his assistants.
Goaless in the first and it finished that way at full time 0-0.
Some tough tackling from Nottingham Forest which saw injuries to the Swans players, in particular Jay Fulton who suffered a wrist and head injury. The game had to be stopped twice in the first half in order to treat him and eventually do his Terry Butcher impression. However he did not reappear for the second half.
Both teams showed plenty of endeavour but the final quality was sadly lacking in this game from both teams.
Both managers will have their own opinions on the game and probably the visitors will be happier of the two teams as it’s a good point away from home.
However the 19,500 plus crowd left the stadium a little disappointed at what they had witnessed.
The Swans have two tough away assignments, next with Stoke City on Tuesday (September 18) and Middlesbrough next Saturday (September 22).
