NEWS UPDATE
Dyfed Powys Police is investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred sometime before 1.30am today (Wednesday, November 21).
The collision occurred on the A476 near to Llannon and involved a blue Vauxhall Astra.
Sadly, the driver of the vehicle – Ryan Thomas, aged 23, from Llanelli – was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Our thoughts are with his family, who are being supported by specialist officers.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or saw this vehicle being driven in this area at the relevant times are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 101.
