A poem by  Togz (Paul Morgan-Thomas)

STORMS

In the storms of your life

And the chaos consumes

All rational thoughts are gone

But when the winds subside,

And there’s no place, or need to hide

Then light comes shining through

When you’re glad just to exist

And the things chos thought you missed

make you feel, regretful and empty inside

Just think,

Life is a journey, even if you have no place to go

All paths have to be tread

If you take the paths with a little thought and a smile

Then you feel no expectations or dread.

If these words seem hollow

With no sense or meaning

Keep a crystal view

One day the gates will open

And your spirit, which was broken

Will heal a poisoned mind.
